The location it has not far from a vaporetto stop as well as the boats is marvellous and amazing. The place to have dinner just a short stroll away from the hotel is Ristorante Canal Grande. The breakfast is satisfactory, available with croissants and good coffee and various jams.

Location was perfect 2 steps from the vaporetto, easy to find. The staff on the desk were helpful informative and friendly. The air conditioning was great. Bathroom clean.
I had to get on my hands and knees to look for something I had dropped to face dead spiders and thick dust. The breakfast was adequate.

nice basic hotel in a nice enough area so close to the main square with many stores and restaurants, water taxi, san marco, and lots of restaurants and shops, and treviso. excellent service, modest guest room with very nice bathroom, a single large bed, for instance. good location, only a short distance to everywhere. plus, walking distance to saint mark's square.

The hotel is very well situated for many of Venice's top attractions and is also close to the drop off / pick up point for water taxis to and from the airport. The rooms are very clean, well furnished and decorated. The mini bar in the room is reasonably priced and has a good selection of drinks.
Due to the central location of the hotel, it can sometimes get noisy at night and we were woken in the early hours on a couple of occasions by noise from late night revellers returning from a good night out! The choice of breakfast is limited.

The hotel was very centrally located and near all the sights of Venice. I liked the sunshine coming in through the open windows in the morning and the birds singing with the business of the street opening up for the day.
The single room was quite small and narrow.
